At Siemens, Declan witnessed the growing supply chain bottlenecks threatening large-scale energy delivery. Combining technical knowledge with capital markets expertise, Declan established Spiridon Grid Partners to pioneer faster, more efficient interconnection models for mission-critical power.

Declan holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a CPA. He began his career as a management consultant at Grant Thornton before joining Siemens’ private equity team, where he invested across digital infrastructure and the energy transition.
